Make Ahead Pork Chop and Rice Casserole (in the crock pot)

This is a great make ahead twist to the usual chicken and rice casserole. The pork is super moist and very tasty.

The Ingredients
4-6 pork chops (I used boneless)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 packet onion soup mix
3/4 cup instant rice

At Ten O'Clock
Put everything but rice in crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours.

Before Serving
Switch crock pot to low, and add rice. Cook an additional 4 or more hours.

Family Approval
This is very yummy and perfect for picky eaters. 100% approval.
